Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Safety/Environmental Engineering, Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of progressive HSE leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years serving in a managerial capacity overseeing onshore drilling rigs, workover operations, or heavy EPC projects.
- Possess valid mandatory certifications relevant to the position and required by national oil and gas regulatory bodies.
- Proven track record in managing emergency response plans, crisis management, major accident hazard control, and multi-disciplinary workforce safety.
- Willingness to work under a 28 days on / 14 days off rotation schedule based in Sengkang, South Sulawesi.
- Certifications: Mandatory K3 Migas Certification (Pengawas/Ahli K3 Migas Level Management / Utama) from ESDM / Kemnaker / BNSP. Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI. Valid certifications in Well Control Safety (IWCF/IADC), CSMS Management, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or HAZOP Leadership are highly desirable.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and management of all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs across 750 HP rig operations, construction, maintenance, and supplied technical manpower.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate the overall SHE Plan, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), emergency response procedures, and environmental management frameworks tailored for onshore drilling and workover activities.
- Ensure complete regulatory compliance with Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) regulations, SKK Migas directives, MIGAS safety standards, SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
- Lead high-level hazard identification, quantitative risk assessments, HAZOP studies, Process Safety Management (PSM) reviews, and Major Accident Hazard (MAH) mitigations for drilling rig operations.
- Direct comprehensive investigations for all major incidents, high-potential near-misses, or equipment failures, executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corporate corrective measures.
- Serve as the primary liaison with client HSSE representatives, partner organizations, local authorities, and regulatory bodies regarding safety performance, site audits, and statutory reporting.
- Oversee occupational health programs, environmental waste management systems, well control safety protocols, and emergency response team (ERT) readiness at the Sengkang rig site.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate site SHE supervisors, officers, and technical personnel to maintain continuous professional competence and alignment with client standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Strategic SHE management, 750 HP land rig safety oversight, CSMS auditing, Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), well control safety, SKK Migas statutory reporting, and emergency crisis response.
- Soft Skills: Executive leadership, strategic decision-making under pressure, cross-cultural team management, assertive communication, stakeholder negotiation, and problem-solving.
