Kualifikasi:

Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas construction (subsea projects).
Experience in manifold fabrication is a must.
Certifications: Mandatory NEBOSH / AK3U or equivalent. Preferred: ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, BOSIET, First Aid, Confined Space, Lifting.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

WORK SCHEDULE: 6 days/week 10 hours/day (flexible based on project needs).
ROLE SUMMARY: Lead all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) activities at the fabrication yard. Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations during subsea structure construction. Act as the main HSE advisor for site operations.
Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
Ensure site compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe work practices.
Develop and maintain HSE programs, reports, and procedures.
Coordinate with contractors to manage hazards and safety risks.
Lead emergency response planning and incident management.
Drive HSE performance improvements and safety culture.
Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs.
Monitor and close corrective and preventive actions.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: Risk assessment & incident investigation. HSE audit & compliance management. Knowledge of subsea & fabrication safety.
Soft Skills: Strong communication & stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English & Indonesian. Able to work in a matrix organization. Proactive, team player, and self-driven.
