Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HSSE/HSE, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, LNG, or Mining projects.
- Strong experience in site HSSE management, risk assessment, incident prevention, emergency response, and safety leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-risk project sites with multi-national workforces and sub-contractors.
- BNSP General K3 certification is required.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or NEBOSH Diploma certification is an advantage.
- Tangguh LNG project experience is highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and enforce site-wide HSSE management systems, safety policies, and regulatory compliance programs across complex construction and engineering sites.
- Lead major hazard identifications, comprehensive risk assessments (HIRADC), Process Safety Management (PSM) alignment, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews for high-risk operations.
- Establish emergency response protocols, crisis management frameworks, and direct site emergency drills to ensure full readiness.
- Oversee major incident and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Manage and mentor site HSSE officers, engineers, and sub-contractor safety teams to cultivate an exemplary safety leadership culture.
- Conduct high-level HSSE audits, compliance reviews, and operational risk evaluations in alignment with client standards and statutory regulations.
- Prepare strategic HSSE performance reports, key safety performance indicators (KPIs), and present metrics directly to executive project leadership and client representatives.
