Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE within mining operations.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training/instructor or supervisory role.
Certifications (Required/Preferred): POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) – active. General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum). Training of Trainer (TOT) certification. SMKP Minerba certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and deliver HSE training programs for operational employees and contractors.
Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct safety induction, refresher training, and competency evaluations.
Support implementation of SMKP Minerba and site HSE programs.
Monitor HSE performance and recommend improvement actions.
Participate in incident investigations and share lessons learned.
Promote strong safety culture across mining operations.
