Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Public Health, preferably with a concentration in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE).
- AK3U certification or an official Prospective AK3U certificate from the Ministry of Manpower is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and review HSE procedures, conduct risk assessments, and carry out regular workplace safety inspections.
- Organize safety inductions, awareness sessions, and training to encourage safe working practices.
- Ensure emergency response equipment and facilities are available and properly maintained.
- Coordinate the procurement and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Investigate workplace incidents, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and prepare periodic HSE reports for management and relevant authorities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Indonesian OHS regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970 and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 (SMK3).
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Able to conduct risk assessments, including HIRARC/IBPRP and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
