Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specialized in Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
Preferably certified in AK3U by Disnaker.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Create HSE Program and plan the implementation.
Ensure the Program work and make its documentation.
Make report and work accident analysis statistically.
Conduct a campaign Safety to all worker.
Check working equipment, employee, and every health and safety environment matters.
Run and monitor SMK3.
Make sure the system sawage treatment runs according to regulation.
Create module and train the Occupational, Healthy and Safety to raise awareness and skill of the workers.
Examine assessment risk of HIRAC, SOP/SWP and JSA.
Conduct internal audit in Manufacture.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Have knowledge about HSE, emergency response plan, document control, and document distribution.
Ability to directing risk assessment, training plan, and accident investigation.
Strong communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skill.
