Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a HSE role, ideally within the property management industry.
Have a suitable education background anf Public health background preferred.
Thorough understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations and best practices.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational health and safety, environmental management or a related field.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSE management system.
Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying and addressing any areas of concern.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to control and minimise health, safety and environmental risks.
Provide expert HSE advice and guidance to all levels of the organisation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
Deliver comprehensive HSE training to employees.
Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with external regulators, industry bodies and other key stakeholders.
Ensure all safety equipment works properly (Emergency lamp, pressure fan, exit mark, MCFA system, Leak gas Detector, Fire Extinguisher, Hydrant, Sprinkler etc).
Emergency Response plans and procedures are always updated and ensured that all property management teams understand the established procedures.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Excellent knowledge of risk assessment.
Communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address HSE issues.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE management systems.
