Kualifikasi:

Bachelor degree (min S1) in Environmental Engineering, HSSE Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.
Minimum 10 years total experience, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas industry.
Indonesian Nationality.
Direct Contract Employment.
Certified in Hazardous Waste Management Certification (B3).
Hold basic/Advanced HSE Certifications (K3 Umum, K3 Migas).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Responsible for leading environmental compliance, regulatory reporting, and operational support to ensure all activities align with regulatory standards and corporate HSEQ procedures.
Ensure compliance with environmental laws, permits, and company standards.
Monitor and report environmental performance of offshore operations.
Coordinate environmental audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
Support environmental risk assessment and mitigation programs.
Liaise with government authorities and internal teams on environmental matters.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
Deep expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment and certified with AMDAL specialist certifications.
Proficient in GHG Accounting, ISO 14001 EMS, Comprehensive Waste Management Strategies, and highly skilled in Spill Preparedness Protocols.
Extensive knowledge of PROPER Compliance and Reporting standards across KLHK, ESDM, and SKK Migas Framework.
Understanding of Oil & Gas Operational Regulations.
Strong Analytical Skill with the ability to translate Complex Data into Technical Reports.
Highly proficient in Computer Literacy (Data Management, Reporting Systems).
Strong Interpersonal Communication abilities across All Levels of the Organization.
