Kualifikasi:
  • Minimumof bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering or related field
  • Minimal 8 years of working experience in field of Safety & Environment preferably from coal fired power plant
  • Willing to be place in Desa Tanjung Tiram, Kabupaten Moramo Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Auditing and carrying out work planning, implementation and supervision.
  • Provide standard regulations in each work procedure.
  • Become a liaison of company information with HSE in work units.
  • Recruiting prospective employees in the health, safety, environment division who meet the qualifications.
  • Responsible for the smooth implementation of the HSE aspect.
  • Responsible for work safety and security at the location and its staff such as safety officer, safety supervisor, safety engineer, safety admin, safety man etc.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-depth working knowledge of HSE policies and directives as well as SMK3, PROPER & Hazard Identification.
  • Possess good analytical thinking and problem solving skills, proactive, good leadership and able to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
