Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or an HSE discipline.
- Further HSES qualifications (e.g. Nebosh Diploma) are desirable.
- Direct Contract employment status.
- Min. 15 years working experience in HSES Management for Offshore Oil and Gas industry with min 5 years in Leadership role for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Project.
- Experience in delivering training in HSES topics (i.e. Forklift, Excavations, Crane & Rigging, Fall Protectionetc).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor all activity at the site.
- Conduct daily inspection/audit.
- Attend for Toolbox meeting.
- Ensure work area in a safe condition.
- Implementation of HSSE program.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Ms. Office and other HSES Management Tools/Software.
- In-depth knowledge of HSES Management for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Project.
- In-depth knowledge of Rules, Regulations, Policies, and Best Practices pertaining to safety in Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Development activities.
