Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) of medicine from an accredited institution.
Education in the field of Paramedic Science or Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a paramedic, medical doctor in the industry, or K3 officer in the Company STR (Registration Certificate) for medical personnel/paramedics that is still valid.
Hiperkes Certification (Corporate Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety) from Ministry of Manpower.
P3K (First Aid in Accidents) or BTCLS (Basic Cardiac Trauma) certification.
Life Support) that is still in effect.
General K3 Expert Certification (General AK3) will be a highly prioritized added value.
Emergency Response Training.
Fire extinguisher (Light Fire Extinguisher) training and fire evacuation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Have administrative and health reporting capabilities, including medical record recaps, worker health reports, as well as health promotive and preventive programs.
Provide comprehensive occupational health services for employees in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws,
Ministry of Health regulations, Ministry of Manpower regulations, company policies, client requirements, and international best practices.
Conduct medical examinations, diagnose illnesses and injuries, prescribe appropriate treatment, and provide follow-up medical care.
Provide emergency medical response and stabilize injured or ill personnel before referral to designated hospitals when necessary.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations related to employee health management.
Manage workplace medical facilities, clinic operations, medicines, medical equipment, and emergency medical supplies.
Develop and implement occupational health programs, including health surveillance, medical check-ups, vaccination programs, health promotion, and disease prevention initiatives.
Evaluate employees' fitness for work and provide recommendations regarding work restrictions or return-to-work status.
Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, medical evacuation plans, and emergency drills with the HSE Department.
Support incident investigations involving occupational illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies, and provide medical recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate medical records while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
Conduct health education, wellness campaigns, and occupational health awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Coordinate with project management, HSE personnel, client representatives, hospitals, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders regarding occupational health matters.
Monitor workplace hygiene, sanitation, ergonomics, and environmental health conditions to minimize occupational health risks.
Prepare periodic occupational health reports, medical statistics, and regulatory compliance documentation.
Continuously promote a proactive safety and health culture throughout all project activities.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Understand occupational health services, including medical check-ups, fit to work, health surveillance, and handling occupational health cases.
Understand the aspects of HSSE/K3 and applicable occupational health regulations.
Able to handle initial medical emergencies and coordinate follow-up referrals if needed.
Able to cooperate and coordinate with various functions/internal stakeholders and have good communication skills.
Able to operate Microsoft Office and support the management of occupational health data/documents.
