Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in EHS (preferably in data centre, construction, or MEP projects).
  • Have a valid General K3 (AK3U) certification is a must, and First Aid, Fire Fighting, or ISO 45001 are preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Coordinate and implement EHS programs across project sites.
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and project safety standards.
  • Monitor Permit to Work (PTW), toolbox meetings, and safety documentation.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Hard Skills: EHS implementation & compliance monitoring. Risk assessment & incident investigation. PTW & construction safety management. Safety reporting & documentation. Contractor coordination & audit support.
  • Soft Skills: Strong technical and coordination skills. Fluency in English is mandatory: Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
