Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum a bachelor degree in Public Health or related major.
  • Certified Ahli K3 Kimia will be advantage.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization.
  • Investigates such incidents, establishes the causes and recommends preventive action against a recurrence.
  • Prepares monthly reports and makes presentations which indicates day-to-day workplace inspection results and workers' response to safety incidents.
  • Collect training needs data, schedule training and prepare training implementation related to safety in driving and Establishes safety standards and policies as needed.
  • Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work-plan.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good conversant in English.
  • Have experience and depth knowledge in Auditor SMK3, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 would be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have proven experience and intimate knowledge in the following: The implementation and maintenance of SHE Management System.
  • Ability to multi-tasking and manage deadlines.
