Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health) or equivalent.
Having certification PPPA or PPPU or PLB3.
Willing to be placed in Pulau Obi - North Maluku with roster 10 : 2

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and supervise daily environmental monitoring activities in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Conduct routine sampling and measurement of: Air emission (stack emission, ambient air), Water quality (raw water, wastewater, surface water, groundwater), Noise, vibration, and meteorological parameters.
Ensure all monitoring equipment is calibrated, maintained, and in proper operating condition.
Review, validate, and ensure accuracy of environmental monitoring data before reporting.
Coordinate with laboratories for sample analysis and ensure timely receiving of results.
Support the preparation of RKL-RPL reports, UKL-UPL compliance reports, and mandatory government submissions.
Monitor storage and handling practices of B3 waste and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct environmental patrols and inspections in operational areas, identifying potential environmental risks.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented for any deviations found during monitoring.
Assist in the implementation of ISO 14001 EMS, including internal audits and documentation updates.
Train field operators and junior staff on monitoring procedures and environmental best practices.
Report environmental incidents or exceedances immediately and support investigation processes.
Ensure compliance with all environmental permits, standards, and operational requirements.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Understand water, air, and waste B3 sampling techniques in Mining Industry.
Be able to use environmental monitoring tools.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (PP, PermenLHK, KepmenLHK), especially related to: Air quality monitoring, Water and wastewater monitoring, Hazardous waste (B3) management, Emission and effluent standards, Environmental reporting (SIMPEL, RKL-RPL, UKL-UPL, AMDAL compliance).
Understanding of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
