Kualifikasi:
  • 10+ years’ experience in designing and monitoring the implementation of ESHS requirements management plan as per IFC Performance Standards, including in 3 years Geothermal Experience.
  • Bachelor’s in environmental engineering or a related discipline, with relevant work experience in similar roles.
  • Has experience in any project or activities implementing theory, prepare ESHS management and monitoring plans for Geothermal/Oil and Gas works.
  • Has experience in any project or activities related with social problems in Geothermal/Oil and Gas work.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Leader of ESHS team and responsible for all work related to Environmental, Health and Safety and Social .
  • Manage all ESHS work and Report to Engineer and Employer.
  • Prepare and be responsible for implementation of C-ESMP on all aspects.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • National and international environmental and occupational safety regulations.
  • AMDAL and management of B3 (Hazardous and Toxic Materials) waste.
  • Risk management and accident control systems.
  • Management of social issues in industrial projects, including consultation with local communities.
  • Health and safety management system (K3) and incident reporting.
