Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Specialist in heavy civil construction, large-scale infrastructure, or major power generation projects.
- Prior working experience in Power Plant projects (Hydroelectric / PLTA, Thermal / PLTU, Geothermal / PLTP) or underground tunneling construction is strongly preferred.
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) issued by Kemnaker RI is mandatory and must be currently valid.
- Ready and willing to be based full-time at the project site in Kab. Bandung Barat, West Java.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implementing safety protocols.
- Conducting daily site inspections.
- Risk assessment & mitigation.
- Organizing safety induction & training.
- Incident investigation & reporting.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (K3).
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Hydroelectric power plant & heavy civil HSE supervision, high-risk Permit to Work governance, technical HIRADC & JSA preparation, CSMS contractor auditing, tunneling & heavy lifting safety, incident investigation (RCA), ISO 45001 compliance, and technical English documentation.
- Soft Skills: Assertive field leadership, excellent cross-cultural communication, high observational accuracy, crisis response command, analytical problem-solving, negotiation capabilities, and uncompromising safety discipline.
