Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting/ Engineering/ Information System/ Law/ Business Management / Environment/ Psychology/ Quality.
Preference of minimum 2 years of experience in any of the above fields.
Certifications as Certified Auditor other related certifications will be a plus.
Detail-oriented & eager to learn new things.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Support the sustainability team in data collection for sustainability reporting and communication with external stakeholders.
Liaise with internal teams (i.e sourcing, compliance team) to support sustainability Program.
Responsible to conducted verification of Sustainability data collection.
Supporting clients in setting and operationalizing their ESG strategies, defining KPIs and frameworks for measuring and monitoring their impacts, as well as carrying out assurance on ESG reports.
Conducting ESG policy analyses and developing roadmaps and action plans for public sector clients.
Conducting ESG readiness assessments and due diligence for businesses, portfolios, and projects.
Evaluating options for including ESG mitigation and adaptation considerations in investment projects.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical and process knowledge , international standards , operations, welding, fabrication, HSE , human resources , cost control, project management , equipment, supply chain, customer relation management, basic finance, taxation and IT exposure.
Professional working proficiency in English both written and spoken (Bahasa Indonesia, Portuguese, & Arabic are preferred).
Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
