Kualifikasi:
  • Background Education Min. Diploma / S1 of any major.
  • Min 10 years experience as HSE Manager, HSE Lead / coordinator or similiar positions.
  • Certified Ahli K3 Umum (General Safety Expert), ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
  • Willing work in Karawang, West Java.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Support Head of LC-HSE Department & SSE Division Head on strategy to achieve company objective.
  • Ensure risk management are carried out and able to foresee the possibility of a risk occurring and nipping it in the bud.
  • Establish and promote maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions in a business through formulating general safety, fire prevention and health policies and measures.
  • Investigate accidents, prepare and maintain required reports.
  • Identify countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence case.
  • Maintain, review and report HSE performance, identifying opportunities for improvement along with implementing preventative and corrective actions as required.
  • Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and management to ensure deliverability of health & safety program.
  • Coordinate ongoing training for safety and environmental awareness at all levels of the workforce and regularly verify that tasks are correctly executed.
  • Ensure the business is legally compliance with all relevant regulation and standards.
  • Conduct internal audit & inspection, responsible to ensure non-conformity from external audit closed.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong leadership skill and stakeholder management.
  • Expert in risk assessment tools, methodology, and HSE Management Systems.
  • Good knowledge in Incident investigation procedure, safety management in manufacturing industry, chemical hazards and safety.
