Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Offshore, Construction, or Commissioning industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience managing HSE performance for large-scale construction and commissioning projects.
- Holding a valid AK3 Umum or AK3 Migas certification is mandatory. International certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or other equivalent HSE certifications will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and continuously improve the project HSE Management System throughout all construction and commissioning activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations, environmental legislation, client HSE requirements, company policies, and international standards.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate HSE policies, procedures, objectives, and annual improvement programs.
- Lead HSE teams in conducting safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, HIRADC reviews, behavioral safety observations, and compliance monitoring.
- Review and approve Permit to Work documentation, Job Safety Analysis, lifting plans, confined space entry permits, work at height activities, hot work permits, and other critical work processes.
- Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to eliminate recurring incidents.
- Plan and supervise emergency preparedness programs, evacuation drills, fire prevention activities, and crisis response management.
- Monitor environmental performance, waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental compliance throughout project execution.
- Conduct management safety walks, toolbox meetings, leadership engagements, safety campaigns, and contractor performance evaluations.
- Prepare HSE performance reports, KPI analysis, management review presentations, and client reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coach, mentor, and develop HSE personnel while promoting continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture.
