Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field (preferably Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental).
- Possess a valid K3 Certification issued by KEMENAKER (mandatory).
- Have 1-3 years of experience as an HSE / Safety Officer in civil construction projects.
- Candidates domiciled in Palembang and surrounding areas will be preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all project activities comply with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety observations, and compliance monitoring.
- Prepare and review HIRADC, JSA, and other HSE documentation.
- Monitor implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safe work procedures.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and project documentation accurately.
- Support emergency preparedness programs and promote a strong safety culture across project operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management System (SMK3 / OHSMS).
- Able to conduct hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), and incident investigation.
- HSE reporting and documentation.
