Kualifikasi:

Diploma or University degree in Science or Engineering with specialization in HSE.
HSE Management Systems knowledge (ISO 14001, OSHA 180001 or ISO 9001).
Valid MIGAS HSE Certificate (Mandatory).
More than 10 years relevant experience as O&G HSE Supervisory with 10 years’ experience in supporting Oil and Gas Construction Activities especially onshore EPC Project.
Physically capable of performing emergency procedures including evacuations, fire drills, and other emergencies.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Liaise with Contractors HSE representatives.
Participate as the Onsite Safety Advisor for Tactical Management Team members as part of the Site Emergency Response Team.
Advise site base supervisors and personnel on safety, health, and environmental related issues.
Coordinate and conduct on-site safety campaigns, to improve employee awareness in safety aspects.
Conduct worksite audits, coaching and mentoring to ensure compliance with safe working practices and in particular all applicable regulations and requirements.
Perform regular inspections of Safety Critical Tasks and Environmental Protection Practices. Identify unsafe conditions and appropriate actions for implementing the pertinent corrective actions.
Participate in crew safety meetings and supervisors’ meetings as requested, present topics at the Weekly Safety Meeting.
Participating in this were required and monitor Job Risk Assessments (JRA) to ensure that all personnel understand their own task for the job.
Identify unsafe conditions and appropriate actions for implementing the pertinent corrective actions.
Maintain a strong presence at the worksite, especially in high-risk, high-activity areas (i.e. slip, crane area).
Confirm Stop Work Authority is exercised promptly and integral to the Project safety culture.
Responsible for follow up and quality control of the recommended actions arising from the incident investigation reports.
Provide daily and weekly HSE reporting in support of day-to-day activities.

Worksite inspection, audit & compliance monitoring.
Incident investigation & corrective action follow-up.
Emergency response & safety critical task monitoring.
Strong coordination with contractors and site teams.
