Kualifikasi:
- Fire System Technician Engineer : 1 Head Count.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (D3/D4/S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fire protection systems, MEP construction, Data Center projects, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, clean agent fire suppression systems, sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, gas detection systems, smoke detection systems, and fire pumps.
- Possession of Fire Safety competency certification, K3 Construction, AK3 Umum, Fire Fighting, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned to the project site in Deltamas, Cikarang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Install, inspect, test, commission, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot fire protection systems in accordance with engineering specifications and project requirements.
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, functional testing, and corrective maintenance for fire alarm systems, suppression systems, hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, smoke detectors, and gas detection systems.
- Ensure all fire protection systems comply with applicable Indonesian regulations, client specifications, NFPA standards, SNI standards, and company procedures.
- Review engineering drawings, technical documents, inspection reports, and commissioning checklists before system handover.
- Coordinate with project engineers, HSE personnel, commissioning teams, contractors, consultants, and clients during installation and commissioning activities.
- Support system acceptance testing, integrated system testing, emergency response drills, and final project handover documentation.
- Identify technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of system deficiencies.
- Maintain complete maintenance records, inspection reports, calibration records, commissioning documentation, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), work at height requirements, confined space procedures, and other applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Promote safe work practices and actively participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian fire safety regulations, Occupational Safety and Health (K3), NFPA Standards, SNI fire protection standards, ISO 45001:2018, and fire prevention best practices.
- Able to read engineering drawings, P&ID, electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, fire protection layouts, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for fire protection systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing technical reports, inspection reports, maintenance records, commissioning documentation, and as-built documentation.
- Good communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and customer-oriented skills.
