Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct safety training programs and awareness campaigns to promote a strong workplace safety culture.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all operational processes, including electrical safety hazards, to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
- Perform Job Safety Analyses to identify workplace hazards, evaluate risks, and establish appropriate control measures.
- Conduct regular electrical safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and prevent electrical hazards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and continuously improve workplace health and safety performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Indonesia's Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) principles, with the ability to identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and promote safe working practices.
