Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Health, Nursing, or a relevant health science major from an accredited institution.
- Preferably 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the position applied for, with experience in mining sites, remote industrial plants, metallurgical smelters, or large-scale construction projects strongly preferred.
- Disciplined, responsible, highly organized, analytical, and capable of working effectively under demanding remote site environments.
- Willing to be stationed at the Morowali Site, Central Sulawesi, on a roster work system.
- Holding a valid Occupational Health Certificate (Hiperkes) issued by Kemnaker RI is strongly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Executes day-to-day occupational health surveillance, industrial hygiene inspections, and health risk assessments across nickel mining pits, heavy equipment workshops, crushing units, and administrative areas.
- Coordinates and monitors annual Medical Check-Up (MCU) programs, pre-employment health screenings, daily fit-for-work evaluations, and fatigue management controls for mine personnel and heavy equipment operators.
- Conducts routine industrial hygiene monitoring for physical and chemical hazards, including airborne dust concentrations, ambient noise levels, heat stress indexes, and illumination across active working zones.
- Audits mine site camp sanitation, central kitchen food safety, drinking water treatment plants, and waste disposal facilities to prevent foodborne, waterborne, and vector-borne illness outbreaks.
- Delivers interactive occupational health awareness sessions, fatigue prevention briefings, food handler hygiene training, and health inductions for newly hired site employees and sub-contractors.
- Maintains detailed occupational health registers, clinic medical data, occupational illness exposure logs, and health statistics using Microsoft Office for submittal to the Site Doctor and KTT team.
- Assists the safety and medical teams in investigating work-related illness cases, health incident reporting, and executing ergonomic improvements across site workstations.
- Coordinates with local health authorities, site paramedics, and site doctors to maintain effective health promotion programs and epidemic/endemic disease control strategies in remote site environments.

- Hard Skills: Occupational health program management, industrial hygiene monitoring (dust, noise, heat stress), Hiperkes compliance, fit-for-work screening, camp & food hygiene auditing, medical data analysis, and Kepmen ESDM 1827/2018 health reporting.
