Kualifikasi:

*Notes : Willing to roster and located in Bali.
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (K3, Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or similar).
Certification: General AK3 from the Ministry of Manpower – mandatory. ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3 PP 50/2012 certificates, and internal audit training. Supporting certifications: Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Scaffold Inspector, Lifting Safety. First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response Training – added value.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in HSE on construction projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Project HSE Planning & Implementation: Prepare and implement HSE Plan, HSE work program, and emergency response plan for the project. Prepare safe work procedures for construction work according to project type.
Field Monitoring & Inspection: Conduct routine inspections at project locations: heavy equipment, structural work, height work, excavation, electrical installations. Follow up on findings of hazards, unsafe acts/conditions, and provide sanctions or corrective actions.
Reporting & Investigation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports: HSE Performance Report. Lead work incident investigations, prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports and corrective actions.
Training & Socialization: Conduct Toolbox Meetings, safety briefings, and regular K3 training for all project parties. Provide HSE induction for new workers and subcontractors.
Audit & Compliance: Prepare the project for external audits (client, consultant, or ISO/SMK3 auditor). Ensure all HSE documentation is complete and up to date: personnel certificates, equipment inspections, PTW logs, accident reports.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Competence: Comprehensive understanding of national K3 regulations (Law 1/1970, PP 50/2012) and international HSE standards. Able to compile and implement HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Permit to Work (PTW), K3 Project SOP. Skilled in incident reporting, investigation, internal audit, and implementation of Toolbox Meeting.
Managerial Competence: Leadership & supervision of the HSE site team (Safety Officer, Safety Man). Communication & coaching: K3 education to foremen, implementers, operators, and project workers. Analytical thinking & problem solving to mitigate potential accidents and non-compliance. Cross-functional coordination skills: with QA/QC, Site Manager, contractors, and HSE clients.
