Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction HSE management.
HSE - related professional certification and/or accreditation.
Willing to be relocated across Indonesia.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement and maintain the company's HSE management system for construction projects.
Conduct regular HSE inspections of construction sites.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Provide HSE training and advice to construction site personal.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
Prepare reports and documentation on HSE matters.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (TOEFL score of 510 or higher).
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations applicable to the construction industry.
