Kualifikasi:
- Senior High School (SMA/SMK Teknik Mesin/Elektro/Sipil) diploma, Vocational Technical Certificate, or Diploma (D3) in a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of practical field experience as a Safety Man, Safety Watch, Safety Standby, or HSE Inspector within an EPCM contractor, heavy steel fabrication workshop, mining service yard, or power plant construction environment.
- Certifications: Petugas K3 Umum certified by Kemnaker RI or Certified Safety Technician / Safety Inspector credential is preferred. First Aid (P3K) certification or K3 Kebakaran (Fire Watcher / Fire Fighting) training from a recognized institution is a strong advantage. Certified Scaffolding Inspector or Confined Space Safety Watcher training is a distinct plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Perform continuous front-line safety watch and standby supervision during high-risk operations, including hot work, structural welding, heavy rigging/lifting, elevated work, and confined space entry across workshop and field project zones.
- Inspect daily work areas, tool assemblies, welding machinery, overhead crane hooks, wire ropes, scaffolding structures, electrical extension boards, and personal protective equipment (PPE) prior to the start of shifts.
- Verify that active Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Work Permits (PTW) are visibly posted at specific work fronts, ensuring field technicians, welders, riggers, and fitters strictly adhere to approved safety controls.
- Exercise immediate Stop Work Authority upon detecting unsafe acts, hazardous working conditions, unmitigated mechanical hazards, or non-compliant equipment, escalating findings directly to the HSE Officer.
- Monitor daily workshop and field environmental hygiene, ensuring proper segregation of hazardous waste (B3), immediate containment of oil or chemical leaks, and availability of operational spill kits.
- Inspect, maintain, and log all site emergency response hardware, including portable fire extinguishers (APAR), eyewash stations, first aid kits, gas detectors, and emergency rescue gear.
- Assist the HSE Officer in delivering daily Tool-Box Talks, conducting safety inductions for site visitors or sub-contractor crews, and participating in routine fire and evacuation drills.
- Maintain detailed daily field hazard observation registers, inspection checklists, safety equipment logs, and near-miss event reporting forms for HSE department consolidation.

- Hard Skills: Front-line safety watch & standby supervision, technical hazard identification, PPE compliance auditing, fire extinguisher & spill kit inspection, basic JSA & Permit to Work verification, scaffolding & lifting gear check, Stop Work Authority execution, and daily hazard logging.
