Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma in any field with 3+ years of HSE experience.
- Experience in occupational safety, health, and environmental management.
- Experience in D&C PHR Project is required.
- Hold AK3 U/K3 Migas and HSE certification such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Must have MVSP Trainer (HV & LV PHR WK Rokan) and LOP Trainer PHR WK Rokan certification.
- Duri-based domicile.
- Hold a valid SIM B1.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Operations Leader to implement applicable HSE procedures.
- Engage with employees and contractors to ensure safe work practices.
- Support HSE culture, risk assessment, and risk management activities.
- Identify and report regulatory compliance gaps.
- Promote safety observations and near-miss reporting.
- Participate in incident investigations, HSE audits/inspections, and corrective action follow-up.
- Complete required HSE metrics and KPIs in the company system.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Drilling & Completions (D&C) safety supervision, PHR WK Rokan MVSP & LOP training delivery, CSMS & HSE tender pre-qualification management, lifting & rigging safety auditing, technical HIRADC & JSA preparation, SIM B1 operational driving, incident investigation (RCA), and client EHS reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive field safety leadership, excellent training & presentation capabilities, strong cross-organizational collaboration, high observational precision, proactive risk management, crisis response command, and uncompromising safety integrity.
