Kualifikasi:
- Male, with a maximum age of 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related scientific/engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of direct professional working experience as an EHS Staff within a manufacturing company.
- Proven experience in applying Indonesian government occupational safety and environmental regulations, with a strong, hands-on background in conducting EHS training sessions.
- Mandatory requirement: Must hold a valid Certified General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) credential issued by Kemnaker RI.
- SALARY: 7-7,4 juta.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Executes daily factory floor safety inspections, machine safeguarding audits, and hazard surveillance across manufacturing production lines, assembly bays, and warehouse facilities.
- Prepares, reviews, and maintains Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) documents, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and standard operating procedures for plant operations.
- Verifies, issues, and audits Work Permits (PTW) for high-risk industrial maintenance activities, including electrical work, hot work, working at height, and confined space entry.
- Develops, schedules, and conducts comprehensive EHS training programs, daily Tool-Box Talks, and formal Safety Inductions for employees, outsourced technical staff, and contractors.
- Monitors the proper usage, maintenance, inspection, and inventory distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) suitable for industrial manufacturing hazards.
- Inspects factory fire protection systems, emergency exits, eyewash stations, first aid kits, overhead cranes, forklift traffic corridors, and hazardous material (B3) storage containment areas.
- Leads initial workplace incident, injury, or near-miss investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), documenting findings and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) closure.
- Compiles, maintains, and submits daily safety inspection logs, waste management records, and monthly EHS performance statistics to internal management and client leadership.

- Hard Skills: Manufacturing EHS inspection, HIRADC & JSA development, Work Permit (PTW) auditing, EHS training program execution, SMK3 & ISO 45001/14001 compliance, hazardous waste (B3) handling, incident investigation (RCA), and safety performance reporting.
