Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in K3 / Kesmas / Technic (Enviro, Industry, Civil, Safety).
Minimum 1-3 years experience in QSHE.
Experience in multinational logistics, transport, or supply chain industry and Japanese company is preferred. Certified in others K3 / ISO certification (prefered).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct incident investigation, preparing incident report and monitoring corrective action and preventive action from the incident, including nearmiss.
Ensure all daily check sheet are performed by the operator, such as pre-use check forklift, pre-use check truck, daily check sheet, working permit from vendor, etc.
Performing daily observation related to unsafe action and unsafe condition in the trucking vendor operation.
Conduct training and awareness to the workers related to Health Safety and Environment, including induction to new workers and contractors / vendor workers on site.
Conduct risk assessment based on HIRADC/JSA for major site and sub site.
Preparing emergency response plan for site, perform training related to emergency response to the site emergency response team and conduct emergency drill, including mock recall and traceability.
Manage inspection for quarterly color code inspection for own truck and vendor.
Monitoring license validity: operator truck license.
Audit vendor and pre-qualification assessment for vendor.
Providing weekly and monthly report related to QHSE.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Soft Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Assertive communication, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Hard Skills: Transport safety management, Journey Risk Assessment (JRA), fleet inspection, driver fatigue management, incident investigation (RCA), ISO 39001/45001 standards, and transport safety reporting.
