Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HSE/K3 roles, with at least 2 years serving in a managerial position within a manufacturing or heavy chemical/decor material plant setting.
Certifications: Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI. Certifications as Ahli K3 Kebakaran (Fire Safety Expert), Ahli K3 Kimia (Chemical Safety Expert), or Auditor Internal ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 are highly advantageous.
Willingness to work in manufacturing plant areas, adapt to shift schedules if required, and be stationed full-time at our Cikande Plant.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, execute, and continually evaluate the overall HSE management system, plant safety policies, and environmental sustainability frameworks across resin synthesis, pressing, and finishing operations.
Ensure complete statutory compliance with Indonesian K3 regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, industrial hygiene standards, chemical safety guidelines, and environmental discharge limits.
Lead comprehensive hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), process safety reviews, chemical exposure evaluations, and machine guarding audits throughout the manufacturing plant.
Direct thorough investigations for all workplace incidents, near-misses, or environmental non-conformances, executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensuring long-term corrective action tracking.
Oversee the operational performance of the plant's industrial wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), hazardous waste (Limbah B3) storage, air emission controls, and emergency spill responses.
Manage industrial fire protection systems, high-voltage electrical safety, press machinery safeguards, emergency response team (ERT) readiness, and periodic emergency drills.
Serve as the primary liaison with local government agencies, Manpower Office (Disnaker), Ministry of Environment, and certification bodies for statutory HSE inspections, audits, and reporting.
Formulate safety performance metrics, lead the plant HSE committee (P2K3), and present monthly HSE analytical reports to corporate management.

Hard Skills: Manufacturing HSE management, chemical safety handling, HIRADC, plant fire protection oversight, ISO 14001/45001 auditing, hazardous waste (Limbah B3) control, incident investigation (RCA), and P2K3 reporting.
Soft Skills: Assertive leadership, analytical thinking, firmness in policy enforcement, cross-departmental collaboration, decision-making under pressure, and effective communication.
