Kualifikasi:
- Male, with strong physical stamina and readiness to perform active technical field inspections across cleanrooms and high-tech manufacturing floors.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience as an HSE Engineer, Safety Engineer, or EHS Specialist within high-tech manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or precision component industries.
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is required. Ahli K3 Listrik or Certified Electrical Safety Engineer is highly desirable. Certified Hazardous Waste Manager (PLB3) or Wastewater/Air Pollution Control Engineer (PPPA/PPPU) is a distinct advantage. Internal Auditor certification for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 9001 is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and supervise daily Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) engineering practices across high-tech assembly lines, cleanrooms, automated machinery, testing labs, and chemical storage facilities.
- Conduct technical Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for automated manufacturing equipment, cleanroom systems, and high-voltage electrical setups.
- Manage and monitor industrial wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), exhaust scrubbers, cleanroom air quality, and hazardous (B3) chemical waste containment systems in full alignment with national environmental laws.
- Review, issue, and audit high-risk Work Permits (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, machine interlock safety inspections, and hot work authorizations for facility maintenance engineers and third-party vendors.
- Lead technical incident investigations and near-miss evaluations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 8D problem-solving methodologies, enforcing robust Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracking.
- Maintain, audit, and continuously improve integrated ISO management systems, specifically ISO 45001 (OH&S), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 9001 (QMS), and national SMK3 PP No. 50/2012 compliance.
- Design and conduct technical HSE training, cleanroom safety inductions, emergency response drills, and chemical spill containment exercises for plant engineering personnel and operators.
- Compile, analyze, and present weekly and monthly engineering HSE statistics, environmental monitoring matrices, continuous improvement metrics, and statutory compliance reports to executive plant management.

- Hard Skills: High-tech manufacturing HSE engineering, automated machine safety & LOTO enforcement, technical HIRADC & JSA preparation, cleanroom & chemical hazard management, ISO 45001/14001 audit execution, incident investigation (RCA/8D), B3 waste & WWTP oversight, and technical English documentation.
- Soft Skills: Engineering problem-solving, field leadership firmness, high observational accuracy, analytical critical thinking, cross-functional engineering collaboration, time management, and proactive risk management.
