Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of solid professional experience in HSE supervision, with direct experience overseeing civil infrastructure and Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) pre-casting work execution.
- Previous experience in power plants, renewable energy projects (floating/ground-mounted solar PV, wind, hydro), desalination plants, heavy EPC construction, or other high-risk industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certified by Kemnaker RI or Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Muda/Madya) certified by PUPR / BNSP is mandatory. Water Safety / Marine Rescue training or Working Over Water certification is highly desirable for FPV site operations. Certified First Aid (P3K) or Fire Fighting (K3 Kebakaran) qualification is a strong plus. Internal Auditor certification for ISO 45001 or SMK3 PP No. 50/2012 is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, execute, and evaluate daily field Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices across floating solar PV installation zones, reservoir waterborne works, onshore civil infrastructure sites, and RCC pre-casting yards.
- Review, approve, and enforce Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and high-risk Work Permits (PTW) specifically for waterborne assembly, anchoring/mooring operations, RCC pre-cast element rigging, heavy lifting, and high-voltage electrical interconnects.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections, auditing floating platform integrity, marine safety gear, life jackets, workboats, scaffolding assemblies, heavy crane lifting equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Oversee subcontractor safety compliance through Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), verifying that all civil, marine, and electrical crews strictly adhere to project safety plans and international client mandates.
- Lead workplace incident, near-miss, marine hazard, and structural safety investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, enforcing the timely execution and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Organize and deliver daily Tool-Box Talks, mandatory site safety inductions for civil and marine workers, specialized water safety briefings, and routine emergency evacuation and drowning response drills.
- Monitor site environmental parameters, ensuring proper construction waste management, water quality protection in reservoir areas, hazardous material (B3) containment, and erosion control.
- Compile, analyze, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site HSE reports, safety performance metrics, hazard observation registers, and statutory compliance documentation to the HSE Manager, Project Management, and international client representatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Floating solar PV & waterborne safety supervision, RCC pre-casting & civil infrastructure safety oversight, technical HIRADC & JSA enforcement, high-risk Permit to Work auditing, marine & lifting equipment inspection, CSMS contractor oversight, incident investigation (RCA), and technical English HSE reporting.
- Soft Skills: Active English communication, assertive supervisory leadership, high observational accuracy, proactive risk management, crisis response command, teamwork across international engineering teams, and uncompromising site safety discipline.
