Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Geology, or a relevant major from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in mining safety, preferably within nickel ore mining, open-pit operations, or mining contractor environments.
- Disciplined, responsible, highly observant, assertive in safety enforcement, and capable of working effectively in a demanding site environment under shift pressure.
- Willing to be stationed at the Morowali Site, Central Sulawesi, on a roster work system.
- Certifications: Holding a Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certificate issued by ESDM is an advantage and strongly preferred. General OSH (K3 Umum Kemnaker RI) certificate is preferred; additional mine safety or first aid certificates are a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Executes daily mine safety walk-throughs, field hazard surveillance, and operational safety patrols across nickel mining pits, overburden disposal areas, hauling roads, and heavy equipment maintenance workshops.
- Supervises and enforces operational safety controls for high-risk mining activities, including excavator loading, articulated dump truck (ADT) hauling, pit wall stability monitoring, dust control, and site speed limit enforcement.
- Verifies, inspects, and enforces the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and safe work procedures for field mining crews and sub-contractors.
- Issues, reviews, and audits high-risk Work Permits (PTW), including hot work in workshops, working at height on mining structures, confined space maintenance, and heavy rigging operations.
- Monitors pit driver fatigue management programs, inspects personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, and ensures availability of first aid kits and portable fire extinguishers across site operations.
- Delivers interactive daily pre-shift safety briefings (P5M / Tool-Box Talks), site safety inductions for new mine workers, and field safety coaching for heavy equipment operators.
- Leads initial technical investigations into mine site near-misses, unsafe conditions, or equipment collision incidents using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), tracking corrective action items.
- Compiles daily field safety observation logs, hazard reports, and equipment inspection checklists using Microsoft Office to report site safety metrics directly to the Safety Supervisor and KTT team.

- Soft Skills: Strong field leadership, persuasive communication, teamwork, high discipline, resilience in site environments, assertive rule enforcement, and proactive problem-solving.
- Hard Skills: Nickel mine safety supervision, field hazard identification, Kepmen ESDM 1827/2018 & SMKP Minerba compliance, JSA & HIRADC enforcement, Work Permit (PTW) verification, heavy equipment interaction control, incident investigation (RCA), and safety report writing.
