Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in the related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Preferably have experience in the mining industry
- Willing to be placed at any of the company's project sites.
- Having General K3 Expert Certification (Ministry of Manpower); POP (First Operational Supervisor) Certification from ESDM; ISO 45001, HAZMAT, Emergency Response, Basic Fire Safety, HSE Trainer are added values.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the implementation of OHS standards in all mining work areas and mineral processing facilities.
- Ensure workers carry out work according to safety procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections in mining areas, processing plants, B3 warehouses, workshops, and hauling lines.
- Provide direct action on OHS violations and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and evaluate JSA, Safe Work Permits, and inspection checklists.
- Report inspection results and recommendations systematically to the HSE Manager.
- Provide daily briefings (toolbox meetings), OHS training, and safe practice education.
- Improve worker understanding of the risks of mining & metal processing work.
- Conduct initial investigations into work incidents and near misses.
- Prepare investigation reports and work with related teams for corrective actions.
- Assist the HSE Manager in implementing internal and external audits.
- Ensure all HSE documentation is available for the benefit of regulators (ESDM, Disnaker, DLH).
- Coordinate with the mining operations, maintenance, and metallurgical process teams related to work safety.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to HSE activities in the area of responsibility.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Technical Competence: Able to supervise the implementation of K3 SOP in Blasting activities, Confined space work, Hot work, Handling of chemicals (acid, cyanide, flotation agents), Heavy equipment & lifting; Able to prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PTW (permit to work), and risk evaluation; Able to lead emergency simulations, incident investigations, and HSE audits.
- Non-Technical Competencies: Firm, disciplined, and able to be a role model for safety culture; Communicative and able to build relationships with various levels of workers; Ability to coach HSE technicians and socialize procedures to local workers.
