Bachelor with relevant qualifications in Occupational Health, Engineering, Nursing, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience at HSE Superintendent or Site Coordinator level.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the mining industry.
Willing to be placed on site and work on a roster system

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Coordinate with Site HSE personnel the receipt and/or distribution of HSE data such as manhours, HSE reports, incident reports, etc. Compile and develop specific statistics for HSE reports, presentations, incident analysis and trends in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsible for HSE and permit (FS, RKAB, IPPKH, etc) data documentation system to ensure all the data is well documented, easily accessed by relevant department.
Develop and manage HSE reporting dashboard for internal and external requirement.
Perform data analysis and providing input sto the HSE representative to take immediate action and or for continuous improvement.
Organize and manage HSE meetings or department events.
Prepare HSE-related correspondence, documents, and materials for publications/reports and presentations, and ensure the content is valid, accurate, and meet the standards.
To maintain a register and follow-up on all updated Site HSE-related management plans.
To assist and involve in HSE-related audits. To manage and improve HSE compliance data and ensure the systems and procedures are applied and meet the target and purposes.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management in the Mining Industry.
Knowledge and understanding of the technical, operation, administrative principles, and procedures of Health, Safety, and Environmental Implementation.
Good understanding of government regulations related to HSE compliance Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to identify hazards and assess the risks in the workplace.
Ability to identify and implement preventative measures to reduce employee exposure to hazards.
