Kualifikasi:
- Maximum 45 years old.
- Minimum Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in stimulation equipment or field operations.
- Experience in Oil & Gas onshore/offshore projects is preferred.
- Preferred Certifications: AK3 Umum Kemnaker RI. H2S Awareness. BOSIET / HUET (preferred for offshore). First Aid/CPR. Basic Fire Fighting. ISO 45001 Awareness/Internal Auditor. CSMS & PTW Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate HSE implementation during fracturing and stimulation operations.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety induction, and safety briefings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government HSE regulations.
- Monitor operational activities, PPE compliance, and safe work practices.
- Prepare HSE reports, incident investigations, and corrective action follow-up.
- Support audits, inspections, and emergency response activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment. Permit to Work (PTW) Coordination. Incident Investigation & Corrective Action. Emergency Response Coordination. HSE Documentation & Reporting. Fracturing Operation Safety Monitoring.
- Soft Skills: Leadership and teamwork. Strong communication & coordination. Problem solving & analytical thinking. Discipline and high safety awareness. Ability to work under pressure.
