Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Marine Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Possess valid Marine Certificates and Basic Safety Training (BST) Certificate.
- Hold a valid Seaman Book and Medical Certificate in accordance with BP standards.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer, HSE Officer, or related role in marine, offshore, shipping, or oil & gas operations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company HSE policies, marine regulations, and offshore safety standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, vessel audits, and risk assessments.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and safety awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices onboard.
- Support emergency drills and emergency response preparedness.
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and safety performance records.
- Coordinate with vessel crews, clients, and management to promote a strong safety culture.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of marine safety regulations, offshore HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Familiar with incident investigation, safety inspection, toolbox meetings, and safety reporting.
- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic offshore environment and maintain high safety standards.
