Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, EPC, maintenance, turnaround, pipeline, or industrial service sectors.
- Experience as an HSE Coordinator, HSE Officer, HSE Supervisor, or equivalent position is preferred.
- Experience in implementing HSE Management Systems, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRADC, Incident Investigation, and Emergency Response procedures.
- Preferred to have experience using the PHR CCPM System and supporting HSE compliance within Pertamina Hulu Rokan operational environments.
- Preferred Certifications and Training: AK3 Migas Certification. AK3 Umum Certification. H2S Training Certification. Incident Investigation Training. Risk Assessment / HIRADC Training. ISO 45001 Internal Auditor or Awareness Certification. First Aid Certification. Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training. Basic Fire Fighting Training. Defensive Driving Training. PHR Safety Induction and Site-Specific HSE Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of HSE programs across operational and project activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations to identify hazards and improve workplace safety performance.
- Facilitate hazard identification, risk assessments, and development of mitigation measures.
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safe work practices for operational activities.
- Coordinate HSE reporting, documentation, safety statistics, and performance monitoring.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
- Organize safety meetings, toolbox talks, HSE campaigns, and workforce training programs.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response planning.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, project teams, and operational personnel to maintain HSE compliance and continuous improvement.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure alignment with company and client HSE objectives.

Competency in hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of risk control measures. Ability to coordinate Permit to Work systems and high-risk activities. Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis. Ability to prepare HSE reports, KPIs, safety statistics, and compliance documentation. Knowledge of contractor management and client HSE requirements. Familiarity with digital HSE reporting and monitoring systems.
