Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scaffolding Helper, Construction Helper, Maintenance Helper, or similar position in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, EPC, construction, or industrial projects is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in scaffolding and industrial operations are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work in industrial environments.
- Willing to work on project sites and operational facilities in Riau.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, discipline, and teamwork.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Scaffolders in the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
- Transport, organize, and prepare scaffolding materials and equipment at the worksite.
- Ensure scaffolding components are handled, stored, and maintained properly.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in scaffolding work areas.
- Support compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and site safety procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and consistently.
- Report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near misses, and incidents to supervisors.
- Participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and HSE programs.
- Assist with site preparation and material handling activities as required.
- Support the scaffolding team in achieving project objectives safely and efficiently.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Able to work at heights and in challenging site conditions.
- Basic understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment will be an advantage.
