Bachelor’s degree (S1) in: Occupational Health & Safety (OHS / K3), Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 2 years in a coordination or supervisory capacity, preferably in: Large-scale infrastructure projects, High-rise or mega commercial construction projects.
Mandatory certification: General OHS / K3 Certificate issued by an authorized institution.
Additional certifications are highly preferred: Construction Safety (K3 Construction), ISO 45001 Lead Implementer or Internal Auditor, Working at Height, Lifting & Rigging, Confined Space, First Aid & Fire Fire Fighting.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Coordinate the implementation of the HSE Management System across all project activities.
Ensure full compliance with: Company HSE policies, Project-specific HSE plans, Indonesian regulations and client requirements.
Act as the main HSE liaison between: Project management, Subcontractors, Clients, Government authorities.
Coordinate and supervise HSE Officers, Safety Supervisors, and Safety Men on-site.
Review and approve: Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Method Statements.
Lead and coordinate: Safety inductions, Toolbox meetings, HSE coordination meetings.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and performance evaluations.
Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare regular reports for project management and head office.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HSE culture and performance across mega construction projects.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of: Indonesian construction safety regulations and standards, SMK3 and international HSE standards, Permit to Work (PTW) system, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Risk Assessment.
Good command of English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Ability to coordinate and implement Project HSE Management Systems for large-scale construction projects.
Strong expertise in supervising high-risk construction activities, including: High-rise structural works, Heavy lifting & crane operations, Excavation & deep foundation works, Steel structure erection, MEP and commissioning activities.
Proven capability in: Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRADC), Accident and incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Competent in preparing and reviewing: HSE Plans, Method Statements, JSA / PTW documentation.
Strong coordination and leadership skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
Effective communication with: Project management teams, Subcontractors, Clients and consultants, Expatriate management.
