Kualifikasi:

Experienced working at contractor or consultant in construction industry at least 7 years it must.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Public Health or equivalent.
Having valid certificate of HSE is a must for General Safety Officer (AK3U - KEMENAKER), Construction Safety officer (AK3 Konstruksi - KEMENAKER).
Age between 35- 45 years old.
Be an advantage for whom have TKBT, other valid certificated from KEMNAKER.
Valid drivers' licence.
Willing to be placed in Karawang - West Java, preferably live in Java area.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Continuous inspection of project sites, conduct health and safety audits, to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Assessment and approval of contractor's safety plans, permit to work, JSA, Work method. Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality.
Promoting safe practices on site.
Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations.
Conducting investigations on accidents.
Arranges applicable regulation mandated evaluations of the site.
Setup weekly, monthly meeting between contractors and client. Testing effectiveness of site emergency response plans.
Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste.
Assisting with the preparation of a construction health and safety plan with contractors and client. Attending project planning meetings and collaborating with construction managers.
Establishing and maintaining health and safety performance of contractors.
Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports, and issues to keep them updated. Plan implement coordinate and manage Safety program with construction team in order to ensure the safe working conditions and processes are maintain, followed, and where required improved.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to work individually and team.
Good interpersonal communication and managerial skill, english must fluent..
Able to deal with work accidents and conduct investigations into the causes in collaboration with related parties.
Can operate Ms. office.
Understand the concept of risk management.
Understand accident investigation and non-conformity management.
Understand P2K3 and K3 performance reports.
