Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of direct professional working experience in a construction company or civil engineering project environment.
- Willing to be stationed at active civil engineering project sites.
- Certifications & Skills: Must hold a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or Construction Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Konstruksi / SMKK) issued by Kemnaker/LPJK. Holding certifications in Scaffolding Safety, Rigging/Lifting Safety, or Working at Height is highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinates and executes daily site safety management, structural hazard inspections, and environmental compliance across civil engineering, earthmoving, piling, and structural concrete construction zones.
- Reviews, approves, and updates Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) documentation, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Work Permits (PTW) for high-risk civil works, including deep excavations, heavy crane lifting, working at height, and temporary shoring erection.
- Delivers, organizes, and evaluates specialized site safety training programs, daily Tool-Box Talks, and comprehensive Safety Inductions for site engineers, heavy equipment operators, sub-contractors, and field crews.
- Inspects and verifies the operational safety, color coding, and maintenance certification of heavy construction machinery, excavators, piling rigs, mobile cranes, scaffolding frameworks, and rigging gear.
- Leads initial technical investigations into construction near-misses, structural displacements, or site accidents using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), documenting findings and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Oversees site environmental controls, stormwater runoff management, construction waste handling, hazardous material (B3) containment, and environmental reporting.
- Serves as the primary liaison between field construction teams, client representatives, project consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding site OHS performance.
- Compiles, analyzes, and presents weekly safety inspection registers, site risk audits, and monthly HSE statistics to Project Directors and Client HSE leads in English.

- Soft Skills: Operational coordination, assertive site authority, fluent English (and optional Mandarin) communication, proactive risk analysis, cross-cultural team management, and problem-solving.
- Hard Skills: Civil construction HSE management, SMKK & SMK3 compliance, HIRADC & JSA auditing, heavy equipment lifting safety, site incident investigation (RCA), environmental runoff control, and English technical safety reporting.
