Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in All Majors.
Mandatory: Ahli K3 Umum certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker).
Minimum 2-3 years HSE experience in piping/mechanical or industrial construction projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE programs for piping and mechanical construction activities in compliance with Disnaker and client standards.
Conduct daily site inspections on piping works, mechanical installations, scaffolding, lifting, hot work, and confined space activities.
Verify equipment, tools, PPE usage, and ensure safe work practices.
Manage Permit to Work (PTW): Hot Work, Confined Space, Working at Height, Lifting, and Isolation.
Lead incident investigation, prepare HSE reports, and maintain all safety documentation.
Deliver Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, and safety coaching for site workers.
Coordinate Emergency Response Plan and supervise emergency drills.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of HIRADC, JSA, PTW, lifting/rigging, working at height, confined space, and hot work safety.
Able to read P&ID, isometric drawings, and understand construction sequences.
Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
