Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical engineering discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of solid professional experience in HSE, with at least 3 years in a coordination or senior supervisory role within an EPCM contractor, heavy manufacturing facility, mining services, or power infrastructure environment.
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certified by Kemnaker RI is mandatory and must be currently active. Sertifikat Pengawas K3 Migas (BNSP) or Pengawas Operasional Pertama/Madya (POP/POM Minerba) is a strong advantage. Certified ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / SMK3 Internal Auditor credential is highly preferred. Certified First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting Coordinator (K3 Kebakaran), or Scaffolding/Lifting Inspector training is a distinct plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate, align, and monitor integrated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices across EPCM design phases, in-house heavy manufacturing workshops, field erection sites, and client aftermarket service operations.
- Review, standardize, and approve technical Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and high-risk Work Permits (PTW) for heavy steel fabrication, machining, pressure testing, heavy lifting, structural erection, and hot work.
- Enforce Safety in Design (SiD) principles during pre-construction EPCM phases, ensuring engineering designs for mining, power, chemical, cement, and port equipment incorporate inherent risk elimination and maintenance ergonomics.
- Manage and audit contractor and sub-contractor safety performance through Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), conducting pre-qualification reviews, site audits, and compliance verification across diverse project sites.
- Lead workplace incident, machinery failure, near-miss, and environmental spill investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, tracking the execution and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Oversee environmental engineering compliance across workshop and field operations, including hazardous waste (B3) handling, industrial air emissions, wastewater treatment, and environmental reporting via government portals (SIMPEL KLHK).
- Organize, track, and deliver safety inductions, workshop tool-box talks, specialized technical K3 training, emergency response drills, and international client EHS alignment workshops.
- Compile, analyze, and present weekly and monthly HSE performance dashboards, statutory compliance records, safety audit findings, and ESG metrics.

- Soft Skills: Active English communication, cross-functional engineering coordination, assertive leadership, high observational precision, crisis response agility, problem-solving mindset, and uncompromising safety discipline.
- Hard Skills: EPCM safety supervision, Safety in Design (SiD) integration, workshop & site technical safety auditing, HIRADC & JSA standardization, CSMS contractor governance, environmental waste (B3) management, incident investigation (RCA), ISO 45001/14001/SMK3 audit execution, and technical English HSE reporting.
