Kualifikasi:
- Position: HSE / EHS Specialist. Project Location: Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. Employment Type: Project-Based. Working Schedule: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (estimated duration: 4 weeks).
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE, EHS, or Safety Specialist in engineering, EPC, construction, manufacturing, industrial, instrumentation, or energy projects.
- Certifications and Training: A valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate is mandatory. Additional certifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, and Incident Investigation are highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Communication Requirements: - Daily communication in English, both written and spoken. - Prepare HSE documentation and reports in English. - Participate in online and offline meetings with internal project teams, engineers, and user/end user representatives. - Communicate effectively with international personnel, including expatriates from Europe and China, as well as Indonesian project representatives. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural working environment.
- Scope of Work: - Conduct HSE supervision and site monitoring. - Prepare daily HSE reports and project documentation. - Provide back-office support related to HSE activities. - Perform regular safety evaluations and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations. - Provide HSE advice and support to the project team regarding HSE requirements and best practices. - Coordinate with PT Benjoe Indo Group and project stakeholders throughout the project execution.

- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, accountability, and commitment to safety excellence.
- Hard Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems. Competent in conducting HSE inspections, workplace monitoring, HIRADC, JSA, safety audits, and incident investigations. Experienced in HSE documentation, compliance monitoring, safety reporting, regulatory implementation, and project administration. Strong understanding of Permit to Work systems, emergency preparedness, contractor safety management, and environmental compliance. Excellent technical writing skills for HSE reports, procedures, and project documentation in English.
