Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE roles within the offshore oil and gas industry, with specific experience in FPSO topside projects.
Extensive experience with HSE planning, assurance, and managing safety operations.
Experience with HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance activities on project sites.
Having experience working in FPSO/FPU/FLNG and brownfield project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

To ensure that the design of new decommissioning facilities meets the highest standard in terms of safety and environmental care, so that the risk to the people and environment will be as low as practicable.
To ensure facilities decommissioning projects safety and regulatory compliance.
To prevent accidents, ensure environmental sustainability, and comply with safety regulations.
Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance activities on topside project sites.
Identify and document non-conformances and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence.
Manage SIMOPS activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure HSE compliance during planning and execution phases.
Prepare and present HSE reports to management and stakeholders.
Provide training and support to project teams on HSE procedures and best practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for HSE process optimization.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
Ability to identify and document non-conformances and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence.
Knowledge of SIMOPS procedures and the ability to manage simultaneous operations safely.
Familiarity with risk assessment and management techniques.
