Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
- Minimum 3-10 years of experience in shipyard or related industry.
- Certified Scaffolding Supervisor / Inspector (BNSP or equivalent) – mandatory.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise scaffolding installation, modification, and dismantling activities.
- Ensure all scaffolding works comply with safety standards & procedures.
- Conduct inspections and risk assessments before and during operations.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Monitor workforce performance and enforce HSE compliance.
- Prepare daily reports and scaffolding documentation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Scaffolding supervision & inspection. Load calculation & safety compliance. Risk assessment & reporting.
- Soft Skills: Leadership & team management. Communication & coordination. Problem solving & decision making.
