Minimum 10 years of experience in an HSE management role, preferably within the construction industry.
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications & Training:
AK3 Umum Certification.
NEBOSH International General Certificate.
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
ISO 14001 Lead Auditor.
SMK3 Auditor Certification.
Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis Training.
Risk Assessment and HIRADC Training.
Emergency Response Management Training.
Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
Project Safety Management Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and programmes to support the company's overall objectives.
Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimise health, safety, and environmental risks.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry standards.
Providing training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices.
Investigating and reporting on HSE-related incidents, accidents, and non-conformances.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Preparing and presenting HSE-related reports and data analyses to management.
