Minimum 2 years experience as Safety Officer in mining, drilling, or construction projects.
Possess valid AK3 Umum certification.
Experience conducting toolbox meetings, inspections, and incident reporting.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure all drilling operations are conducted safely and in accordance with company HSE standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard identification.
Lead daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Monitor workforce compliance with PPE and site safety procedures.
Prepare incident reports and safety documentation.
Coordinate with project supervisors and management regarding HSE matters.
Promote a strong safety culture across the project site.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety procedures.
Able to work in remote project locations and roster systems.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Familiar with mining site safety standards and PPE compliance.
Able to prepare HSE documentation and reports.
